Paying
You can pay now by scanning the QR on your invoice from any bank or wallet app, or pay the rider on delivery.
If you pay by QR, your total ends in a unique paisa amount. That is deliberate: it lets us match your payment to your order automatically, so please send the exact amount.
Returns
Accessories fail. If something arrives dead or faulty, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Tell us within [CONFIRM] days of delivery.
- Keep the box and everything that came in it.
- Refunds go back to the account you paid from, or as cash for COD orders.
